17 tools your team uses daily, sharing one patient record.
Charting is only the start: the same platform runs your website, reviews, booking, phones, billing and hiring, and THNK keeps all of it updated and running. Intake creates the chart, the chart drives the schedule, and the visit feeds billing, the Bridge and the portal — nothing gets typed twice.
Clinical charting
Patient chart with problems, meds, allergies, orders, plan of care and signed visit notes.
Specialty features
Measures, private psychotherapy notes, Part 2 consents, treatment plans, groups, aesthetics records and rehab plans of care.
Online booking
Public visit types from real availability, with buffers, staff-only types and text and email reminders.
Telehealth
Private Daily.co rooms that expire after the visit, or any video link your practice already uses.
Home health & hospice
OASIS-E2 and HOPE item sets, plans of care, visit frequencies, IDG meetings and compliance alerts for agencies.
Home visits & mileage
Drive-order routes for house calls, mobile IV and home therapy, GPS check-in for EVV, and a mileage log.
E-prescribing
DoseSpot, a certified partner, inside the chart — including EPCS for controlled substances after identity proofing.
CRM & referrals
Referral partners, intake board, contacts and organizations, speed-to-intake.
Leads & marketing
Web forms, calls and chat captured with source attribution, plus social posts and campaigns.
Google reviews
Profiles synced from Google, review requests sent after a completed visit or a paid invoice.
Your website
Pages, blog posts, forms and the assistant on your own domain, edited from the back office.
Bridge dashboard
Census, referrals, visits, collections and team activity on one owner screen.
Billing & accounting
Invoices, payments, double-entry ledger, P&L and A/R aging, optional QuickBooks sync.
Portals
Patients and families see visits, message the team, and view statements and documents.
AI receptionist
Website chat and voice that answers from your own information, captures leads and books visits. Choose the AI provider, or run without one.
Unified inbox
Email, text, web form and chat threads in one place, with templates and assignment.
Data import
C-CDA, EHI exports, FHIR, spreadsheets and PDF bundles from 36 systems, checked with a dry run first.
The chart is the center of everything.
Each patient has one record from referral to discharge. Assessments, orders and visit notes attach to it, and signing — after re-entering a password — locks the note with the clinician's name and time. Corrections are addenda, never silent edits.
- Problems, medications, allergies, vitals, immunizations and lab results
- OASIS-E2 and HOPE v1.03 item sets with skip logic and required-item checks
- Plan of care and orders with physician signature tracking
- Imports from C-CDA, EHI exports, FHIR, CSV and PDF bundles
Switched on for the practices that need them.
Onboarding reads the practice types you choose and turns on only the features they use. A therapist never sees OASIS; an agency never sees a lot number field.
Scored measures
PHQ-9, PHQ-2, GAD-7, AUDIT-C, PCL-5 and a 0–10 pain scale with severity bands, trend lines and a one-time link for self-completion.
Psychotherapy notes
A separate encrypted store with its own access log. Readable by the author or an explicit grant only; never printed, exported or shown in the portal.
42 CFR Part 2 mode
Per-patient SUD flag, consents validated against every 2.31 element, the 2.32 notice on disclosures and exports blocked without consent.
Treatment plans
Problems, goals, objectives and interventions, versioned, with review dates and signatures.
Group sessions
Attendance for a whole group and an individual draft note in each attendee's chart.
Minors and guardians
Guardian relationships, legal authority and consent to treat, opened automatically for patients under 18.
Aesthetics records
Product, lot, expiration, area and amount per procedure, with photo sets that track photography and marketing consent separately.
Rehab plans of care
Goals, frequency, authorization numbers, visits authorized and used, certification dates and a pain trend.
Superbills
Your own fee schedule with your own labels, ICD-10 codes from the problem list, and one click from superbill to invoice.
Telehealth
Video rooms created per visit through Daily, with the telehealth note recording modality, locations, consent and identity.
Dental is deliberately basic: scheduling, a general exam note, consents and billing, without a tooth chart.
What dental includesVisits in the right order, verified on the doorstep.
Anyone who sees patients away from the office — home health nurses, concierge physicians on house calls, mobile IV teams, home-based therapists — opens My Day and sees the stops in drive order with miles and drive time. Check-in and check-out capture time and GPS for electronic visit verification, and the route becomes the mileage log.
- Visit frequencies and recert windows drive the schedule
- One-tap navigation and EVV on any phone
- Per-leg miles, reimbursement at your rate, exportable for payroll
Prescribe without leaving the chart.
E-prescribing runs through DoseSpot, opened inside the chart by single sign-on. DoseSpot holds the Surescripts and EPCS certifications; prescribers complete identity proofing with DoseSpot before signing controlled prescriptions, and the medication list updates when the panel closes. Each enrolled prescriber is a seat on your plan.
- New prescriptions and renewals from the patient's chart
- Pharmacy search and electronic transmission
- Per-prescriber pricing that includes the partner's fees
Every new patient traced back to where they came from.
Google searches, physician offices, discharge planners, ads and past patients are sources with their own history: who sent whom, how fast you called back, how many became patients. Website forms, phone calls and chat land on the same board, and Google reviews sync into the same dashboard.
- Intake board from received to admitted
- Referral partner leaderboard and territories
- Review requests by text or email after a completed visit
The owner's view, before the first cup of coffee.
Active patients, new patients by source, visit completion, reviews, collections and team activity on one screen with period-over-period change. Financial numbers are visible only to the people you allow.
- Key numbers with deltas against the prior period
- Today's schedule and overdue work across the team
- Per-user access to financial figures
A receptionist on your website, an assistant in the back office.
On your website the assistant answers patients by chat or voice from your own information, captures new-patient leads and books visits into open slots. Inside, staff ask in plain English — what is on today's schedule, how many referrals came from one office — and it answers from your database. Choose Anthropic, OpenAI or a self-hosted model, or run it without AI as keyword search.
- Answers only from what your practice has entered
- Books appointments and takes callback requests
- Voice by ElevenLabs when you switch it on
Families informed, invoices paid, books balanced.
The family portal shows upcoming visits, care team messages and statements. Invoices take card or ACH payment online, post to a double-entry ledger, and can sync with QuickBooks Online if your accountant lives there.
- Patient and family portal with two-factor sign-in
- Online payments, A/R aging, P&L and balance sheet
- Optional two-way QuickBooks Online sync
