Know how many visits are left before the patient asks.
Each plan of care tracks its goals, frequency, authorization number and visits used, so the front desk and the therapist are reading the same count.

Authorizations that run out mid-plan
When two or fewer authorized visits remain, the plan raises an alert, and another appears in the final week of the certification period.
Minutes counted on scratch paper
The daily treatment note records interventions with their minutes and a total of timed minutes for billing.
Home programs nobody sees
The plan section of each daily note carries the home exercise program, and the patient portal keeps their documents in one place.
An evaluation that becomes the plan of care.
History, tests and measures, functional limitations and short- and long-term goals go into the evaluation, and the frequency you write there carries into a plan with a physician certification field and payer authorization number.
- Separate templates for evaluation and daily treatment
- Pain on a 0–10 scale at every visit, trended
- Re-evaluations and discharge with the goals marked met or revised
- Dry needling and virtual visits as their own appointment types
Clinic, home and video on one schedule.
Occupational therapists running home sessions get those visits on a driving route, speech therapists can see clients by video, and pediatric clients have their guardians recorded on the chart. A chiropractor sharing the building books adjustments on the same calendar and uses the same plan-of-care counts.
- Routes and mileage for home-based sessions
- Parent coaching and teletherapy by video
- Feeding and swallowing sessions as a separate type
- Workers' comp and auto programs alongside insurance and cash
Configured for outpatient rehab
Discipline roles for therapists and assistants, visit types and both therapy templates are ready on day one.

Outcome tools we do not bundle
The PSFS and Oswestry Disability Index have their own licensing terms, so they are not included. The numeric pain scale is, and clinicians can document other tests in the evaluation.
Coming from another system?
Rehab clinics usually come from a therapy-specific EMR. Patients, referring providers and open plans of care come across with visit counts intact.

Questions
Can PTAs and COTAs write daily notes?
Yes. Assistants have their own role, and you choose which notes and records that role is allowed to write.
Does it track the physician's certification of the plan?
The plan of care records who certified it and when, next to its start and end dates and the payer's authorization number.
We run PT and chiropractic under one roof. Is that one subscription?
Yes. Choose both practice types when you apply and the evaluation, daily note and chiropractic visit templates land in a single workspace with one patient list.
Is dry needling its own visit type?
Yes, as a 30-minute PT appointment. Virtual PT visits are 30 minutes too, and either can be published for online booking or kept staff-only.
Stop losing visits to expired authorizations.
We will load one of your active caseloads during a walkthrough and show the alerts it would raise this week.
