The whole front door of primary care, from walk-in to membership.
Insurance-based family practices, walk-in clinics and direct primary care offices run on the same chart. What changes is how the visit is booked and how it gets paid — and that is set from your answers when you apply.

A phone line that is always busy
Patients pick from the visit types you publish, see real openings, and get confirmations and reminders by text and email without anyone at the desk dialing.
Screening forms nobody scores
PHQ-2, PHQ-9, GAD-7 and AUDIT-C total themselves the moment they are submitted, including from a link the patient opens the night before.
Insurance and membership in two systems
Superbills come from your own fee schedule for insured visits, while direct-care members are billed monthly through your Stripe account — on one patient record.
Fast notes that cannot be quietly rewritten later.
SOAP, H&P, progress, phone and telehealth templates ship with the practice. Signing asks for the clinician's password again, locks the note, and anything added after that is a dated addendum with a name on it.
- Problems, medications, allergies, vitals and immunizations on one chart
- Vitals outside your own thresholds are flagged
- Orders and lab results filed on the patient
- ICD-10 codes carried from the problem list onto the superbill
Urgent care queues and DPC panels on one schedule.
Urgent care can publish reserved arrival times and still add walk-ins at the desk, with DOT and work physicals as their own visit type. A direct primary care office swaps insurance for monthly memberships and can call its patients members throughout the system.
- Workers' comp tracked as its own program
- Minor injury and testing visits sized for the room
- Membership consultation bookable as a phone call
- Prescriptions through DoseSpot, controlled included after identity proofing
Configured for primary and walk-in care
Visit types, clinical roles and templates are combined from every service line you check — family medicine, urgent care, direct care or several specialties at once.

Coming from another system?
Most clinics in this family are leaving an ambulatory EHR. C-CDA, EHI and FHIR exports bring problem lists, medications, allergies and past notes across, attached to the right patient.

Questions
Can urgent care patients hold a place in line online?
They can reserve an arrival time, which is an appointment type like any other. Walk-ins are added from the front desk without one, and both appear on the same day view.
Do you include CPT descriptions?
No. CPT descriptors are licensed by the AMA, so your practice enters the codes it bills with its own short labels in the fee schedule.
We are a hybrid practice with some insured patients and some DPC members. Does that work?
Yes. A patient can have insurance on file, an active membership, or both. Insured visits produce superbills, and membership dues keep billing through Stripe on their own schedule.
How many providers can share one location?
There is no cap on clinicians per location. What you pay for is the location itself, each enrolled prescriber and the active-patient tier.
