All-in-one

Not just charting. We run the whole business platform.

The chart is one screen of it. The same system runs the front end of your practice — website, reviews, booking, phones — and the back office behind it, and the tedious upkeep that usually falls on an owner is ours to handle.

  • One
    login for your whole team
  • One
    monthly bill
  • One
    team to call
  • Charting & prescribing

Specialty notes, orders and e-prescriptions in the same patient record.

  • Your website

The public site patients find you on, hosted on your domain and changed whenever you like.

  • Google reviews

Requests go out after a completed visit; new reviews land on your dashboard.

  • Booking & reminders

Patients choose an open time online, then get a text and email before they come.

  • AI receptionist

Answers website chat and voice, takes messages and books visits around the clock.

  • Leads & referrals

Each form, call and chat is tagged with the campaign or referrer that sent it.

  • The Bridge

An owner dashboard for visits, new patients, reviews and collections.

  • Billing & accounting

Invoices, online payments and a full ledger, synced to QuickBooks if you want.

  • Patient portal

Appointments, messages, statements and documents for patients and families.

  • Team, HR & hiring

Job posts, applicants, employee records and your org chart.

  • Field visits & mileage

Drive-order routes, GPS check-in and a mileage log for home visits.

  • Data import

Records from your old system, counted in a dry run before go-live.

The mundane part is ours.

You run the practice. THNK runs the platform it sits on, so nobody on your staff becomes the accidental IT department.

Why one system pays for itself

More revenue, fewer bills, and your evenings back.

Every practice owner wants the same thing: the whole business in one place, the numbers in front of them, and the repetitive work done without anyone having to remember it. That is not a wish list here. It is how the platform works the day you go live.

Revenue you were leaving on the table

  • The patient who finds you at 9 p.m. gets an answer, an open slot and a booking from the AI receptionist instead of a voicemail greeting.
  • Each new lead is timestamped, so you can see how many minutes passed before someone called back — and fix it while the lead is still warm.
  • Reminders go out before every appointment. A meta-analysis of randomized trials found patients who got text reminders were 25% less likely to no-show.BMJ Open, 2016(source, opens in a new tab)
  • Review requests follow finished visits automatically. In a national survey, 59% of adults said rating sites mattered when picking a doctor.JAMA, 2014(source, opens in a new tab)
  • Referral partners are ranked by the patients they actually send, so you know which relationships deserve lunch.

Expenses that quietly disappear

  • Website hosting, booking software, a reviews service, an answering service, a CRM and accounting add-ons stop being separate invoices.
  • No consultant on retainer to keep five systems talking to each other, because there is only one system.
  • One contract to read, one renewal date to watch and one support team that already knows your setup.
Estimate what you would stop paying

Hours handed back every week

  • Nobody dials tomorrow's patients to confirm, chases a Google review or copies a website form into a spreadsheet by hand.
  • Email, texts, forms and chats arrive in one inbox, and the back-office assistant drafts the reply for a person to approve.
  • Approved hours, overtime and mileage leave as a payroll file instead of a Friday afternoon with a calculator.
  • Month-end reporting is already done: the ledger, P&L and A/R aging update as invoices are paid.

One dashboard that tells you how the business is doing right now.

The Bridge reads straight from the live record every time you open it: today's visits, new patients by source, cost per lead, speed to lead, calls, reviews, collections and open invoices. Spot a soft week on Tuesday instead of at month-end, then move a budget, a schedule or a follow-up while it can still change the outcome.

  • After-hours chat and calls answeredBookings made, callbacks queued
  • Review requests after finished visitsNew Google reviews synced back
  • Junk form submissions screened outReal leads routed with their source
  • Timesheets totaled for payrollOvertime and mileage included

Each of these runs on a schedule or a trigger you switch on during setup.

Go home without the to-do list running in your head.

Owners and clinicians carry an invisible checklist out the door: did the reminders go out, who never got a call back, how did the week actually go, is payroll ready. When the system does those jobs and shows you it did, there is less to carry — and more of you at the dinner table, the game or the trailhead.

Physicians averaged 7.3 hours a week on administrative tasks in 2024, and more than one in five spent over eight hours a week in the EHR outside normal working hours.American Medical Association, 2025(source, opens in a new tab) Software cannot take every task off a clinician's plate. It can take the ones that never needed a person.

Clinical

A chart shaped by the care you give.

Therapists get DAP and BIRP notes with private process notes kept apart. Agencies get OASIS-E2 and HOPE. Med spas get lot and unit tracking. Clinics get SOAP, H&P and screeners. Every note locks on signature, and corrections are addenda.

  • Templates chosen from 32 practice types at onboarding
  • Scored PHQ-9, GAD-7, AUDIT-C and PCL-5 where they belong
  • E-prescribing in the chart through DoseSpot, a certified partner, with EPCS for controlled substances

Voice

Say it once, and it lands where it belongs.

Every text box in the back office, the chart and the portal has a microphone: words appear while you are still talking, and commands like new line or scratch that do what they say. Tell the assistant to log a call, move an appointment or start an intake, and it fills a card you check before anything is saved. With the scribe add-on, a visit recorded with the patient's agreement becomes a draft note that waits for the clinician's signature.

  • Dictation in every field, with medication names, staff and services from your own practice
  • Spoken data entry that always asks you to confirm before it writes
  • Ambient visit scribe as an add-on, priced per clinician, never signing for anyone
  • Your own Deepgram, Amazon or ElevenLabs account, used only after a BAA is on file

Growth

Reviews, referrals and leads, counted in one place.

A text after a completed visit can ask for a Google review, and new reviews sync back to the Bridge. Web forms, phone calls and chats become leads with their source attached, and referring providers get a history of who they sent.

We import your patients, meds, allergies, problems, notes and documents.

We keep sourced export instructions for 36 systems — from Tebra and SimplePractice to Axxess and Dentrix — plus paper charts and spreadsheets. A dry run reads every record first and reports the counts, so you check them before anything is saved.

  • Patients, demographics and emergency contacts
  • Insurance coverage
  • Medications and allergies
  • Problems and diagnoses (ICD-10)
  • Immunizations, vitals and lab results
  • Past encounters and appointments
  • Past notes, read-only and locked
  • PDFs and scans matched to each chart
How onboarding works

You answer questions. We build your system.

No blank software to configure on a weekend. The application tells us how your practice runs, and the people who build the platform set it up from your answers.

  1. Answer questions about your practice

The application walks through your services, team, licenses, locations, current software and brand. It saves as you go, so you can stop and come back.

    • The BAA is signed before any file is uploaded
    • NPIs checked against the national registry
    • Nothing is charged when you submit
  2. THNK reviews and approves

Our team reads every application, turns it into a build plan, and adjusts pricing or asks follow-up questions in comments before approving it.

    • You see the status at any time
    • Changes requested in plain language
    • Approval is a person, not an algorithm
  3. Your system is built and your data imported

We set up your workspace, configure visit types, templates and roles from your answers, invite your team, and import your records from the old system.

    • A go-live checklist your team works through
    • Imported counts checked with you
    • Support hours start on day one
Security

Encrypted, audited and covered by a BAA from day one.

Patient data is encrypted on the way in and at rest, staff and patients can sign in with an authenticator app, and every chart view is written to an audit log. The Business Associate Agreement is signed before you can upload anything.

  • Encrypted throughout

HTTPS and TLS in transit; AES-256-GCM for keys and files.

  • BAA before any PHI

Accepted and recorded before your workspace exists.

  • Two-factor sign-in

Authenticator apps for staff, patients and families.

  • Audit trail

Sign-ins, chart views and record changes, with who and when.

A support agreement that buys new features, not just answers.

Every subscription includes one: a bank of prepaid engineering hours every month. Spend them on the intake form your referral partner wants, the report your biller keeps asking for, or a workflow nobody else sells. The people who built the platform do the work.

  • You open a ticket; we post an hour estimate first
  • Nothing starts until you approve it
  • Unused hours roll over on most plans

Pricing

Priced per location, per prescriber and by patient volume.

Questions

What practices ask before they switch.

Is THNK Med certified for controlled-substance e-prescribing?

E-prescribing runs through DoseSpot, a certified e-prescribing partner that holds the Surescripts and EPCS certifications. THNK Med does not claim either certification itself; each prescriber completes identity proofing and two-factor setup with DoseSpot before signing a controlled prescription.

What comes over from our old system?

Patients, insurance, medications, allergies, problems, immunizations, vitals, lab results, past notes and documents — as far as your vendor's export includes them. Imported notes arrive read-only and locked, labeled with the system they came from.

How long does a switch take?

Most practices plan on about four weeks, and the slowest part is usually waiting for the old vendor's export. Agencies and multi-location groups take longer, and dates are agreed before anything moves.

Are we locked in once our records are here?

No. Your records stay yours, and the complete export in Settings hands them back in open formats — CSV tables, FHIR R4 files, the original documents and printable patient charts — at no cost, any day you choose, including while a bill is overdue.

How much time will we actually save?

It depends on how much of your week goes to work the platform can take over: confirming appointments, asking for reviews, re-entering web inquiries, chasing callbacks, building timesheets and pulling numbers for a weekly meeting. We will not promise a number of hours. The savings estimator on the pricing page lets you put in your own figures, and a walkthrough shows which of those jobs would run on their own in your build.

Do we have to use AI?

No. The assistant can run on Anthropic, OpenAI or a self-hosted model, or with no AI provider at all as plain keyword search over your own information.

Who hears what we dictate?

Only the speech service your practice chooses and pays for (Deepgram, Amazon Transcribe Medical or ElevenLabs). The browser sends audio straight to it with a credential that expires within minutes, and in a HIPAA practice nothing is sent until you record a Business Associate Agreement with that vendor. The ambient scribe keeps no audio unless you turn retention on.

What does the support agreement pay for?

Prepaid engineering hours every month for fixes, training, questions and new work — a custom form, a report, an integration. You approve an estimate before any hours are used.

Is there a setup fee?

There is a one-time fee for onboarding, configuration and data import from any system on our switching list, including paper and spreadsheets. Two- and three-year terms reduce or waive it; the pricing page shows the amounts. Unusual migrations are scoped and priced before work starts.
